Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Cooling-Off Period: The period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Article 5 – The Agreement

  • MyNova reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if necessary

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery.

To exercise this right:

  • The customer must notify MyNova via email
  • The product must be returned in original condition

Returns must be shipped within 14 days after notification.


Article 7 – Return Costs and Refunds

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Article 8 – Exceptions to Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Opened or used items
  • Hygiene-related products
  • Items that cannot be returned due to their nature

  • Prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout
  • Prices may change at any time
  • Import duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

  • Products must match the description at the time of purchase
  • Customers must report issues within a reasonable timeframe after delivery
  • Misuse, damage, or improper handling voids eligibility for return or refund

  • Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only
  • Delays may occur due to logistics or external factors

Article 12 – Payment

  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase
  • Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment details
