Return Policy – Novalora

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be intact
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • The order number must be included
  • In case of damage, photo or video evidence is required

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.


Return Shipping

Returns must be shipped with a trackable shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds
