Delivery time: 7–10 business days

Can I Cancel My Order?

Because orders are processed quickly, it may not always be possible to cancel after an order has been placed.

What If My Product Is Defective?

We’re sorry if your item arrived damaged. If this happens:

Lost Packages / Returned to Sender

If your package is lost in transit or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, please contact us.

We will investigate the issue and assist you with a suitable resolution.


Missed Delivery or Pickup

If your order is delivered and not accepted or collected:

  • The package may be returned to the sender
  • Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment
